Faut-il prêter un écouteur à l'autre personne ?
Oui, et ce n'est pas sale : les écouteurs se posent contre l'oreille sans entrer dans le conduit auditif. Une paire, c'est un écouteur pour vous et un pour la personne en face : chacun entend l'autre dans sa langue.
Est-ce que ça marche sans internet ?
Oui. Téléchargez vos langues dans l'application avant de partir : la traduction fonctionne ensuite sans réseau. Quelques langues nécessitent une connexion.
Ma langue est-elle disponible ?
144 langues et accents sont disponibles, de l'arabe au thaï en passant par l'hébreu ou le khmer. Tapez la vôtre dans la recherche « Votre langue est-elle disponible ? » plus haut sur cette page.
Faut-il payer un abonnement ?
Non. L'application Loriatech est gratuite et la traduction ne demande aucun abonnement.
Quand vais-je recevoir ma commande ?
En France, votre commande est expédiée depuis notre stock français et livrée en 2 à 4 jours ouvrés, avec un numéro de suivi. La livraison coûte 4,90 € et elle est offerte avec le Pack Duo.
Et si les écouteurs ne me conviennent pas ?
Vous avez 30 jours pour les essayer chez vous. S'ils ne vous conviennent pas, renvoyez-les et on vous rembourse.

On battery life: the 15 h figure covers plain listening — continuous translation draws more power, so expect 6 to 7 h under heavy use. We now state this clearly on the product page. On price, we deliberately stay below comparable models, with no subscription and no hidden fees.

Long delivery time
Order arrived in 12 days instead of the 3-5 advertised. The product works but the wait was disappointing. Support was decent.

Tricky pairing at first
I struggled to pair the earphones with my old iPhone. Support offered a replacement, I am waiting for it. Hopefully the new one behaves better.

On older iPhones you first need to forget the device in your Bluetooth settings before pairing again — this is now covered in the manual and inside the app. Your replacement shipped as a priority; let us know whether the new case behaves better.
