  Thank you for the honest feedback. On battery life: the 15 h figure covers plain listening — continuous translation draws more power, so expect 6 to 7 h under heavy use. We now state this clearly on the product page. On price, we deliberately stay below comparable models, with no subscription and no hidden fees.

• Tricky pairing at first

  I struggled to pair the earphones with my old iPhone. Support offered a replacement, I am waiting for it. Hopefully the new one behaves better.

  Sorry about the pairing trouble. On older iPhones you first need to forget the device in your Bluetooth settings before pairing again — this is now covered in the manual and inside the app. Your replacement shipped as a priority; let us know whether the new case behaves better.
